“Travel arrangements may change due to operational requirements and government travel restrictions. In such cases, Reservations team shall notify guests of any changes within a reasonable time.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

* Room packages are non-refundable but rebookable to the next scheduled flight.

* Free re-booking to future travel dates is allowed for voluntary cancellations up to 14 days prior the arrival date.

* 50% of the total package is charged for cancellations 13 days prior arrival

IN CASE OF A POSITIVE SWAB TEST RESULT

*We will extend a full refund of the total package paid for the affected guest and his/her companions in the room only.

*Guests also have the option to rebook to the next available schedule.

REQUIREMENTS AND REMINDERS PRIOR THE TRIP

1. Guests ages 12 y/o and above are required to be fully vaccinated.

2 .Infants and non-vaccinated or partially vaccinated kids up to 11 y/o will exempted as long as they are accompanied by fully vaccinated adults.

3. Unvaccinated individuals who have medical conditions that prevent them from getting vaccinated may be allowed. They should present a medical certificate / doctor's note.

4. All guests, regardless of age  shall be required to submit a Rapid Antigen Swab Test result taken 48-hrs prior departure.

5. Accomplished health and travel declaration forms per person shall be submitted during reservation process.

Unvaccinated individuals with no proof of exemptions, even with Rapid Antigen Swab Test will not be accepted.

Note that a guest shall be considered fully vaccinated for COVID-19: 1. More than or equal to two (2) weeks after having received the second dose of COVID-19 vaccine in a 2-dose series; or 2. More than or equal to (2) weeks after having received a single-dose COVID-19 vaccine.

For proof of vaccination, we can accept Local Government -issued vaccination cards or eVaxCert PH certificates.

REQUIRED FORMS

Below are the forms each guest must accomplish:

Guest Information Form – within 48 hours upon confirmation of booking.

Resort Online Check-in Form – includes Travel and Health Declaration Forms; must be filled-out 3-14 days prior to flight departure.

Guest Consent Form – file to be sent by El Nido Reservations

S-PASS – visitors must acquire an approved Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) prior to arrival in El Nido
